Pure Climate is Licensed as an HVAC Westchester company in the state of Illinois to perform service, maintenance, and installations of residential and commercial heating and cooling equipment. All of our employees are put through rigorous education programs that focus not only on the nuts and bolts of the job, but on the entire customer experience.
Our technicians are certified to handle any and all refrigerant types in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. Refrigerants used in cooling systems release compounds into the atmosphere that can diminish the ozone layer that protects the earth from radiation. That is why we provide training and education to All of our HVAC Westchester technicians to abide by the Environmental Protection Agency guidelines for safely removing, storing, transporting, and charging refrigerants to ensure that we are making positive impacts on the environment that we all Share.
We provide the educational path for all of our technicians to become certified through (NATE) North American Technician Excellence Certification. This is the HVAC Westchester industries largest and most recognized organization that was created. This certification is purely voluntary but it is only achieved by those who are true professionals and masters of their craft. We strive to employ the most qualified and knowledgeable employees possible because this is a direct extension of who we are.

Having your homes heating and cooling equipment installed or serviced is a large investment and you should feel that you will be taken care of in the event that something is not up to your standards or expectations. That is why we offer industry leading warranty and satisfaction guaranteed work on everything we do.
Pure Climate Heating and Cooling offers 10 YEAR PARTS and EQUIPMENT Warranty on all new Installs. We only deal with top manufacturers that have a proven track record of dependability. All New Installations are registered with the manufacturer to ensure that all Major components and Parts are Covered by the 10 Year manufacturers guarantee.
This includes an air conditioning compressor, condenser, and evaporator coil. This includes the furnace components such as blower motor, inducer motor, and all other major and minor components that may go out prematurely. All Goodman and Lennox Furnaces come with a Lifetime Heat exchanger warranty to ease the concerns. This is backed directly by the manufactures and is extended to our customers when we install the equipment
Pure Climate Heating and Cooling offers 1 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY on all new Installs for heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems. This helps build customer trust that it will not cost you a dollar if a Newly Installed Furnace, Air conditioner, or Evaporator Coil fails in the first year of operation.

Pure Climate Heating and Cooling takes a BOTTOM-UP APPROACH with Communication. A bottom-up communication operates so well because it relies on the inclusion of ALL employees. Verbal communication occurs through the use of spoken language. Anytime we engage in verbal communication with the customer, we try and be as clear and concise as possible. We give estimated time of arrivals and try to be as accurate as possible. This communication extends to every time you engage with a technician or the office staff.
Non-Verbal communication style is important. This is a communication style that we try and work on that allows technicians and energy advisors to articulate with non only verbal cues but physical as well such as body language.
Visual Communication seems to be very important to customers. This includes easy to items that we share with you. This can include a side by side comparison with graphs to allow you make the most informed decision as possible given your needs
